20+ Years of Exceeding Expectations
During the 1970’s and 80’s Perry Parker was working as a welder on lay barges that sent oil drilled from the ocean back to shore. While working on those barges, Mr. Parker had met and told many of his colleagues about the work he did back home for various contractors on distribution gas line.
